Close to the center, easy to find. There's plenty of parking spaces nearby. A cheerful modern diane. Lemonade and butterscotch at the entrance, and a photo exhibition. Lived on the Ground floor. The lighting in the room is not bright, which we were glad to see. Lightproof curtains, tulle. There's a desk lamp, a heater and a fan. Kettle and a large selection of quality tea in woven bags. pillow menu (soft and latex), comfortable bed, quality underwear. Floor poured, under concrete, no coverage, the surface is smooth, pleasant. In the bathroom, not one-time bottles, and a large dispenser. Communication wifi - fast.
Our room had an airtight glass shower curtain and a puddle on the floor after taking a shower. It wasn't stressful, but you have to consider not leaving your slippers around. We didn't have breakfast, because I think 15 euros is a bit expensive for breakfast.

Location.
When I got there I had no room. In my reservation I mentioned would check in around midnight. Got there at one and they had already sold out my room. If it was a no show they would charge me the room anyway so there is no reason to sell the room to someone else. that is very bad!! Though in the end they manage to get me another hotel (with a better location but inferior rating) for the same price. Somethings are just not acceptable ever. Having no room for reserved clients is one the worse.

Very good breakfast with a wide array of choice. Amazingly nice staff, excellent services, including a wide array of freshly made delicacies: )

Unique hotel, clean, gorgeous breakfast, unbeatable location by the public transport. New-fashioned room with exceptionally comfortable bed and hypoallergenic pillows. Amazingly nice and very pleasant staff and attention to detail. Location so close to shops, cafes and restaurants and a very nice shopping street.

A localizacao.
Bedbugs! Percevejos! I woke up bitten. I even saw the bedbugs crawling in the bed in the morning. Didn't complain at checking out since I was in a hurry for a meeting. In the next couple of days hundreds of marks and bubbles appeared all over my body. Itching a lot! I wrote to the hotel, reporting the event and complaining. They even didn't answer. The lack of responsibility and respect for the guest is as serious as the situation reported. This hotel never again! Of course with this terrible bedbug experience, I didn't pay to much attention to the fact that tv didn't work, the electric plug in the wc for shaving didn't work as well and the breakfast was too poor for a 4 start hotel.

Pleasant comfortable environment with helpful staff.
Television did not operate well. Switch-on required separate control of cable box and TV - very poor audio with much buzzing and distortion. Room too warm, no easy obvious way to cool it.

The staff were very helpful (even though very over-worked). The breakfast was also quite good.
I wouldn't classify it as a 4 star hotel. The safety deposit box and hair dryer in my room were broken, so I had to change rooms. Then the TV didn't work properly in my second room.

The location couldn't be better. It's close to great shopping and local attractions. The staff here were super friendly and always ready to help. My room was spacious with a comfy bed, just what I needed to relax. The air conditioning could use a remote control for better comfort, especially during the hot days. The noise from the adjacent cocktail bar was disruptive, and I could smell smoke in my room until late at night. Breakfast options were nice, but more variety would have been great. I think with a few tweaks, this hotel could be a fantastic choice.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help - this is how service should be!!!! Our room was very quiet and clean. The hotel itself is located right in the city center very close to a shopping mall and the metro.

Quiet small hotel in a fairly central zone of the upper part of the city of Brussels. Good connections (tram) to city center and points of interest. In easy walking distance of the Royal Palace and National Museum of Fine Art. It was also very close to the place where the conference I attend was held (Biblioteque Solvay) The staff were civil and helpful. The in house WiFi internet service (charge Euro 15 per 24 hours) functioned fine.
One problem from my point of view (I'm an academic) was that the lighting in the room I was given was not very bright, making it difficult to read and work in the room in the late afternoon/evening. The television decoder was also difficult to operate, and sometimes it kept switching on and off of its own accord. There was no access to BBC World and CNN for some reason. When I arrived, the in room safe did not work (no battery) and the minibar had no contents at all except for an old bottle of milk and a dried out piece of cheese (or something similar). Since I was there for such a short time, I did not bother mentioning these issues to the staff, but I recommend that more attention be given to such details before guests arrive.

The hotel's photography decor captured my heart, providing an artistic touch. It's great for seniors too, with easy access to all amenities and a calm atmosphere.
Improve bathroom ventilation during warm seasons.

Quite good location in case if you need travel a lot with public transportation. Friendly stuff.
Hotel doesn't look as 4* hotel, I would say it 3* but more. Restaurant serving only breakfasts

I liked the warmness of the staff, the cleaniness of the rooms, the good English language communication, my spacious room, and the quiteness of the atmosphere.
The lift does not go directly to the floor (stairs should be used).
